The Board of Directors of the Naperville Area Chamber Political Action Committee has offered endorsements to candidates running for local office in the April 4, 2017 Consolidated General Election. To make its endorsement decision, the NACPAC board invited all candidates to submit a written statement and sit for an individual interview session. The 2017 endorsed candidates are:

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Board of Education. Two Year Term. One opening:

Bob Fieseler, Sr., intellectual property and patent attorney, board member with KidsMatter, and former member of the Naperville City Council.

Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Board of Education. Four Year Term. Four Openings:

Kristin Fitzgerald, incumbent member of the Board of Education (’13), a former congressional staffer, including a position as staff for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Education and the Workforce and district volunteer;

Donna Wandke, incumbent member of the Board of Education (’13), youth ministry leader, and former educator;

Charles Cush, incumbent member of the Board of Education (’16), marketing executive for a Fortune 500 company and community volunteer; and

Shirley DeCorte, challenger, former educator and principal in Sandwich Illinois and former member of the Zoning Board of Sandwich.
